How can I book a rental?
To secure a booking, please email us. Our prices exclude delivery. We’ll finalize the delivery fee upon approval and provide a payment link for credit or debit card transactions.
How do I pay?
After confirming your booking and agreeing on the delivery fee, we’ll send you a secure payment link via PayPal for credit or debit card payments.”
In which locations do you offer the Bubble House for rent?
We serve all of Pretoria and the surrounding areas.
How much does delivery cost?
We calculate it based on the distance you are from our offices. As an example we will charge R300 if the distance is 50 km from the office.
Where can we set up the Bubble House?
The Bubble House requires a flat surface and must be within 20 meters of a power outlet. The ideal surfaces are grass, concrete, and pavement.
What is the size of the Bubble House?
The Bubble House measures 5 meters in length, and 3 meters in height, and 3 meters in width.
Can I book for more or less than 3 hours at a time?
After confirming your booking and agreeing on the delivery fee, we’ll send you a secure payment link via PayPal for credit or debit card payments.
Can I rent without an attendant?
Unfortunately not. All of our rentals come with a Balloon buddy or a ballon nanny. This is both for our guest’s safety and for the safety of our Bubble Houses! To ensure the Bubble House stays inflated, our attendant is there to allow entry and exit from the dome. This may sound simple but it requires attention and we can assure you (parents) that you do not want the responsibility whilst trying to enjoy your event!
Is the bubble house only for kids?
Absolutely not! Adults can have lots of fun in the Bubble House too
What happens if there's loadshedding?
It is your responsibility to let us know if your event is interrupted by load shedding. If required, we can help source a generator but this will come at an additional cost.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you decide to cancel, 50% of your payment is non refundable. A 100% cancellation fee is taken if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the start of your event.
What is your policy regarding bad weather conditions?
We do not set up in rain, thunderstorms, or excessive winds. If we need to cancel in advance of your event due to bad conditions, 100% of your payment will be refunded. If you decide to cancel due to conditions that we deem fit to set up the Bubble House, 50% of your payment will be held and you may reschedule for a future date.
What happens if we damage the bubble house?
Please don’t. Our attendant is also there to make sure your guests stick to the rules!
